Instruments, Piano. In short, the "S" will do
anything the A-51 does PLUS it is Designed for HIGH SPL
Applications. Megadeth, Ambrosia – Even Westlake
Audio– use the "S" Series for Floor Toms.
Megadeth also used them on Bass Cabinets! A-51s were used
to track the Reed and Woodwind Section of the Seattle Symphony
